Senior Day Nurse; RGN

Glais House Nursing Home is a privately owned Company that continuously looks to improve and find new ways to enhance the quality of lives of those we support.

We are currently looking for a senior day nurse (RGN) to add to our team.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including Leadership, Clinical Decision Making and Mentoring.

To take responsibility for our residents' well-being, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

To promote our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect.

Leading, motivating and mentoring the care team.

You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DOLS/MCA, and a genuine commitment to adhering to NMC code of practice.
