Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Saxmundham.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• Must be a driver and over the age of 35 years.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

• All our services are 24hr care. Rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Days:
  Between 07:00-22:00.
• Sleep-in available with enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
