Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Support residents during mealtimes.
  • Encourage and facilitate residents’ independence and active participation.
  • Identify and implement residents’ personal goals and care plans.
  • Promote physical activity and new interests in a supportive environment.
