Care Assistant

Role Overview

Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. This position is specific to female applicants as a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under the Equality Act 2010, as it involves providing personal care to women, preserving dignity and privacy.

• Support clients in their homes with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, assisting with tasks that enhance quality of life.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client well‑being.

• No prior care experience required; full training will be provided.
• Good people skills and a caring, empathetic nature.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to working alternating weekends.
• Valid right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Positive, professional team‑working attitude.

• Pay up to £14.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement at 32p per mile.
