Minimun 6 months relevant UK expirience mandatory

• Personal Care:
  Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
• Daily Living:
  Helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Community Access:
  Accompanying clients to medical appointments, shopping, or social and recreational activities.
• Emotional Support:
  Providing companionship and listening to the client's concerns.
• Documentation:
  Keeping accurate case notes and tracking the client s well-being
• Communication:
  Clear, sensitive communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Empathy:
  The ability to understand and show patience toward clients' unique needs.
• Adaptability:
  Flexibility to respond quickly to changing situations and changing care needs.
