Whether you’re experienced in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients with a range of daily tasks, including:

• Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting

• Medication support and reminders

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Light housekeeping duties

• Assisting with mobility and transfers

• Helping clients attend appointments or social activities

• Promoting independence and wellbeing

Our comprehensive induction includes:

• Classroom‑based training

• Medication administration

• Moving and handling

• Basic life support

• Shadowing experienced carers

• Ongoing e-learning and refresher training

We’ll ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
