Recovery Focus is seeking a Recovery Coordinator/Family Worker to provide support to substance misusers and their families, managing recovery planning and case management across all stages of recovery. This role focuses on collaboration within the service and with external partners, facilitating access to treatment and promoting family involvement in recovery.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mental health support, knowledge of harm reduction strategies and be comfortable working under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.
