£13.00 Per Hour

A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join their friendly night team.

The home provides high-quality, person-centred care within modern facilities and has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding support in a genuine family atmosphere.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care, respond to residents needs and help create a calm and reassuring environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality person-centred care
  • Supporting residents with personal care and mobility needs
  • Carrying out regular welfare checks and responding to call bells
  • Assisting residents with bedtime and morning routines
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Promoting residents independence, dignity and wellbeing
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
  • Caring, reliable and compassionate nature
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people
