Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is recruiting a Relief Level 2 Care and Support Worker for Min y Môr Residential Care Home in Aberaeron. This role includes providing total care to clients and administering medication, with full training provided, making it an ideal opportunity for those new to the sector.
