Responsibilities- Support individuals with the full range of daily living activities.
- Provide day-to-day personal care and welfare of the residents.
- Act as key-worker for residents.
- Work on rotational days and support with night shifts when required.
- Full‑time role.
- Awareness of the complex physical, mental and emotional needs of older adults and ability to respond in an enabling way.
- Demonstrated good team working and communication skills.
- Some experience is preferable, but training will be given.
