Female Support Worker

Salary: £12.75 - £12.95 per hour, paid training included. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Location: Saltdean, BN2

Hours: 37.5-hour contracts available

Shifts: 7.5-hour shifts, including alternate weekends

What You'll Do

With the right training and support, you will help promote independence, choice, inclusion, and dignity for the people we support. Every day you will make a meaningful difference and become much more than a Support Worker – you will become a trusted companion and advocate.

Duties of a Support Worker
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
  • Administering and managing medication
  • Supporting community access and activities, including swimming, social events, shopping, and leisure pursuits
  • Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
  • Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
