Housekeeper – Chawley Grove, Hamberley Care Homes

Join our Housekeeping team to support residents by ensuring clean laundry and maintaining a hygienic environment throughout the care home.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all areas including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
• Handle laundry and linen care, respecting residents' personal belongings.
• Interact with residents, offering assistance to help them feel at ease.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the manager.
• Work closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.

• Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting.
• Flexible and reliable attitude.
• Committed to customer care and first‑class service provision.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
• Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
