Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that’s travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.
This role is about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.
About YouWe are looking for people who share our passion for finding creative ways to ensure that the people we support have the opportunity to do what they love. We are looking for someone to join the team who is going to continue to build a fun and relaxed environment. If you can combine these things with enthusiasm, empathy and the motivation to encourage then you are good to go!
