We’re seeking Bank staff to complement our existing Sheltered Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, rewarding role where they can make a real difference in the lives of older people.

About the Role

As relief staff, you will take on a dual role, combining cooking and resident support responsibilities. You will directly impact the wellbeing of our residents by providing the support and care they need in a safe, nurturing environment.

  • Meal Preparation & Cooking:
    Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
  • Resident Support:
    Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
  • Housekeeping:
    Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.

In line with your casual (bank) worker assignment agreement, we offer competitive pay benchmarked regularly, and in line with those of our employed staff in similar roles. Training

& Eligibility

To carry out this role, you will be provided with mandatory training as part of a comprehensive induction. To work for us in future assignments, you will be expected to keep your mandatory training up to date.
