Location: Swinderby

Our Children Residential Home is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team at Apple Tree Bungalowin Swinderby.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist them in daily activities and accompany them on community trips. A company vehicle is provided; you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for at least two years.

Starting rates are £12.85 for Level 1, £13.35 for Level 2, and £13.85 for Level
3. Experience may increase pay. You will have opportunities to grow through our competency framework.

What Experience and Qualifications Do You Need?

  • A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or a willingness to work towards it.
