Care Assistant Nights - Bank

As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to residents and ensuring their well‑being through daily assistance and holistic caring activities.

• Assist residents with daily care needs they would normally undertake themselves, including hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Participate in holistic caring activities to promote independence and quality of life.
• Read and act on individual Care Plans to maintain continuity of care.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition promptly.
• Report hazards or unsafe equipment to senior staff.
• Attend in‑service training and mandatory legal training as required.

• Previous experience of care work in a hospital, care home or nursing home.
• NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF Level2 in Health and Social Care or Care.
• Passion for caring for the elderly.
• Willingness to learn, reliability and a positive attitude.
