We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Rixton, Warrington. Our Sandycroft home is set in a beautiful farmhouse on the rural outskirts of Warrington supporting five adults.

Surrounded by scenic countryside yet still within reach of the town centre, the home offers a calm, spacious environment where the people we support can feel safe and settled. The individuals living here are very active and thrive when spending time outdoors. They enjoy hikes, walks, and almost any activity that lets them explore nature, so our support focuses on helping them stay active, engaged, and enjoying the routines they love.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose.

Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges. What we're looking for Level 2 Adult Care Worker Qualification or equivalent is desirable. Previous experience in a care role in a senior/team leader/supervisory capacity. Be committed to continuous improvement of the home and the team. A passion for person-centred care.

Have a positive and proactive mindset. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
