Location: Hampton Magna, near Warwick
Hours: Full time and part time opportunities available
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £12.88 per hour

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Hampton Magna, supporting customers in their shared home.

Our customers require 24-hour support and enjoy active, fulfilling lives. They love music, food, spending time in the community and getting outdoors.

About the Role

Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support customers with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting customers with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Helping customers access the local community and take part in activities they enjoy
  • Supporting customers to prepare meals and manage finances
  • Administering medication and providing health‑related support
  • Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals
  • Providing specialist support, including stoma care, intermittent catheterisation and epilepsy management following full training
Shift Patterns

Flexibility is essential as support is provided 24 hours a day.

Typical shifts include:

  • 7:00am–3:00pm
  • 3:00pm–10:00pm
  • 7:00am–10:00pm
  • 10:00pm–7:00am (Sleep‑in shifts)
About You
  • Previous care experience is preferred
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
  • A caring, positive and reliable approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including sleep‑ins and weekends
  • A full UK driving licence is essential; the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is highly desirable
  • You enjoy being active and supporting customers with community activities
