Location: Rhondda
Cygnet Learning Disabilities Midlands Limited is looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join their dedicated team at Cygnet Conifers on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves working 42 hours per week, providing tailored support to adults with learning disabilities and autism in a specialist residential setting.
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, assisting with medical needs, and maintaining a safe environment. The position offers a salary of £13.15–£13.70 per hour along with benefits such as free meals during shifts and fully paid training.
