Life Practitioner – Adult Supported Living Home

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at The Gables, Swinderby, Lincoln.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Life Practitioner you will help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2 and £13.60 for Level 3. You can enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
