Bank Care Team Leader

About the Role

Care Team Leader at Agincare Buckinghamshire (Swan House).

• Provide support, communication and engagement with residents.
• Assist residents with personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing and oral care.
• Support residents in maintaining mobility and independent living.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in social activities and trips.
• Supervise medication administration and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure all records are accurate, kept up to date and compliant with care standards.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals.
• Lead and manage care and senior care assistants; act as acting Deputy and Registered Manager in their absence.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a social care setting.
• Qualified at QCF Level 2 or higher.
• Flexible to work days, nights and weekends as a bank staff member.

• £14.36 per hour.
• Refer‑a‑friend scheme – up to £1,000.
