About The Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, support and companionship, share great moments and memories. Every day will vary and offer rewarding tasks, such as supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time for each resident.

To join us as a Care Assistant you need experience caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
