Peoples Care Solutions is now looking for a frontline Senior Carer, reporting to our Care Coordinator, who has previous experience as a Senior Carer and holds SVQ3 with confidence to lead shifts and work closely with the office team to plan and support older people in their own homes across East Renfrewshire G46, G76,G77(Newton Mearns, Clarkston, Busby, Giffnock).

Hours:

35 hours per week Opportunity to work additional hours Core

Shifts:

7.30am to 1.15pm and 3.45pm to 9.15pm. Flexibility possible, but to agreed work pattern

Location:

East Renfrewshire (G77) Successful applicants must reside within 30 minutes of G77 and hold a FULL UK Driving Licence, and have access to own vehicle Salary: £15.00 per hour Enhanced rates £22.50 for 8 public holidays 28 days (pro rata) paid annual holiday

The Role:

Delivering and supervising personal care, mobility support, nutrition and skin care assistance, medication support- all on a person- centred basis within older people's own homes Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Care Coordinator in services planning, care plans development and agreement and coordination of efficient visits Schedules Carry out Scheduled visits to individuals in their own homes up to 4 times a day Care for and support people enabling them to continue to live at home safely and to maximise their independence Develop professional relationships through mutual trust and communicating effectively Be a committed frontline carers team player Maintain required standards at all times Ensure management are given timely feedback;
