The Healthcare Assistant role in Swindon involves providing community-based support to individuals in their own homes. This temporary position offers £12.71 to £14.04 per hour, with paid mileage and travel time. Working patterns include evenings and weekends, requiring a full UK driving licence and personal vehicle. Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to clients.
- Assist with nutrition, fluid intake, and medication.
- Previous experience with or interest in looking after individuals in their own homes or other care settings.
- Experience with or interest in working with individuals with or without dementia.
- Experience with or interest in end‑of‑life/palliative care.
- Experience with or interest in supporting and assisting individuals with personal care, fluid, nutrition and medication.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Full training, including induction training.
- Opportunities to complete NVQs in Health and Social Care.
- 24/7 support.
- Paid travel time and mileage allowance.
