Night Support Worker

Prime Life is looking for passionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our team at Kirklees Residential Home in Grimsby. This role supports 21 residents living with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The position is available on a full or part‑time basis, with regular shift patterns from 8 pm to 8 am, 7 days a week.

• Hourly rates ranging from £12.96 to £13.32 per hour, depending on qualification level

• Provide companionship while giving emotional and practical support
• Assist residents to participate in decisions relating to their daily living arrangements
• Assist residents with personal care and recreational activities
• Help residents retire for the evening and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep
• Promote resident independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes
• Work with other professionals to provide individualised care and development plans

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Prior experience as a support worker or care assistant is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident’s individual abilities.
