We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Workers to join a reputable care service in Manorbier. • Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs
• Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately
• Assist residents through their care pathway to promote independence
• Treat each individual with dignity, compassion, and honesty
• Collaborate with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting
• Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) unless already certified
• Willingness to complete online training (free of charge)
