Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Fishguard.

As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• This role requires you to be a driver and hold a full UK driving licence.

• Part‑time: 16 hours per week
• 24‑hour care services; rosters planned at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Sleep‑in availability with an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.

Pay: £13.45 per hour + excellent Mencap Benefits

Pay: £24,785 per annum, pro‑rata + excellent benefits
