We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding person‑centred care while providing guidance and leadership to a team of Support Workers.

• Delivering high-quality, person‑centred care and support
• Supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, choice, and control over their lives
• Administering and recording medication safely and accurately
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Support Workers
• Building positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and encouraging participation in meaningful activities
• Ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and records are accurate and up to date
• Supporting new starters through induction and ongoing training
• Acting as a key worker and advocating for the needs of individuals
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within adult social care
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and support
• A confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Able to motivate, support, and develop colleagues
• Organised, professional, and able to prioritise effectively
• Committed to promoting dignity, respect, and person‑centred care
• Flexible and willing to participate in the service rota as required

• Previous experience working within adult social care
• Experience in a senior or lead support role is desirable
• Knowledge of safeguarding and CQC standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate care documentation
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
