Support adults in Cumbria by providing compassionate care and assistance on a nightly basis. You will promote independence, emotional well‑being, good nutrition, and mobility for older adults in a residential care setting.

• Provide physical and emotional care to residents
• Assist with medication administration and personal care
• Encourage healthy eating, exercise, and mobility
• Support residents in achieving or maintaining independence
• Foster a friendly, supportive environment for all residents
