Complex Carer (MND) S8 Area

Role Summary

Female Complex Carer required to support a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) with limited mobility. The client is fully verbal and requires hands-on, clinically informed care with specialised equipment and support.

Clinical & Care Responsibilities (Clinical Needs)

The role includes supporting with:

NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation)
PEG care (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
Cough assist
Medication administration
Catheter care
MPS
BLS

Experience Requirements

Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
No sponsorship required / no sponsorship available

Shift Pattern

Monday Sunday
Days: 9am 9pm
Waking nights: 9pm 9am

Training & Induction

Mandatory clinical training with the company nurse
Shadow shifts required this week prior to independent shifts

Key Skills & Attributes

Confidence with complex care and clinical support
Ability to follow care plans and NIV/PEG/cough assist procedures as trained
Clear communication with a fully verbal client
Reliable, punctual, and able to work across 7 days
