Cross Reach is seeking a Night Care Worker for our care home to help create a safe, comfortable and reassuring environment for residents during night shifts. You will support residents with personal care and night-time routines, and you will be part of a dedicated team focused on dignity and independence.
You will be caring, reliable and committed to supporting older people to live well, with flexibility to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism in various situations.
