Occupational Therapist

An experienced Occupational Therapist is invited to join the Community Rehabilitation Team (CRT) on a temporary 1‑year contract.

The CRT delivers rehabilitation services to adults within the community, including in‑patients, out‑patients and home visits.

• Assess and treat a mixed caseload, primarily older adults with complex needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development.
• Provide supervision and mentor students.
• Work at other community hospital sites when required.
• Adhere to flexible working hours over 7 days, including public holidays.
• Travel within the area as part of the community rehab requirement.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
