Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Public Health Support Worker to join our School Nursing team in Herefordshire. You will support the National Childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP), help deliver health promotion activities, and handle a range of admin duties to ensure smooth service delivery.
You will undertake basic health measurements, assist in health promotion sessions, maintain records, and coordinate with schools. GCSEs are required; IT skills and good communication are essential.
