University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust Pharmacy department is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Brighton and Haywards Heath sites as Acute and Specialty Medicine Divisional Lead Pharmacist. The role will organise, manage, develop and assist in the leadership and provision of clinical pharmacy services to medicine services across Royal Sussex County and Princess Royal Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage all staff providing pharmacy and medicines optimisation services to Acute and Specialty Medicine.
- Lead clinical pharmacy practice for Acute and Specialty Medicine, including delivery, evaluation and coordination of clinical services.
- Provide expert level of clinical pharmacy services, including medicines management and optimisation for patients in the division.
- Oversee drug expenditure reporting, safety and quality issues, audit, teaching and research & development activities.
Eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route, subject to meeting UKVI requirements. Graduate visa holders must have a minimum of 18 months remaining at time of application.
