The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to join our dedicated team. As a Senior Carer, you will lead by example, support the care team, and ensure every resident receives safe, high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional person-centred care.
* Lead and support the care team throughout each shift.
* Administer medication (where trained and competent).
* Complete accurate care documentation.
* Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns promptly.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
* Promote a safe, caring and respectful environment.

About You
* SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Previous experience in a Senior Carer role within a care home.
* Medication administration experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional care.
* SSSC registered (or willing to register).
