Job Overview
An exciting Care Assistant position in Thatcham. You will travel around Thatcham and surrounding areas to help clients with companionship, personal hygiene support, medication reminders, meal preparation, housework, errands, and mobility assistance. All positions are permanent with flexible contract options and guaranteed hours, full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities- Companionship – keep clients happy
- Personal hygiene support – assistance with washing and dressing
- Medication – reminders & collecting prescriptions
- Meal preparation – help at mealtimes
- Housework – laundry, cleaning, and tidying
- Errands – shopping assistance and running errands
- Mobility – help with getting around
- A caring and positive attitude
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- No previous experience or professional qualifications required; training provided through Alina Homecare Academy.
- Optional: experience or skills such as attention to detail, highly organised, good verbal communication
- Pay up to £16.15 per hour
- Flexible contracts and guaranteed work in local community
