Care Support Worker

Job Overview

We are looking for a Care Support Worker to work across West Sussex and surrounding areas. The role involves providing companionship, personal hygiene support, medication reminders, meal assistance, housework, errands, and mobility support to clients in their own homes.

• Companionship – keep clients happy and engaged.
• Personal hygiene support – help with washing & dressing.
• Medication management – remind and collect prescriptions.
• Meal preparation – assist at mealtimes.
• Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying.
• Errands – shopping assistance and running errands.
• Mobility support – help clients get around.

• A caring, positive attitude and good verbal communication.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• No previous care experience or professional qualifications required – training is provided.
• Ability to be highly organised and detail‑focused.

• Pay up to £16.00 per hour (plus extra on bank holidays).
• Flexible contract options – full or part time with guaranteed hours.
