Hours per week: 48

Salary: £14.50 per hour

As a Care Team Manager at Sanders Senior Living, you will plan and deliver high‑quality care that ensures residents feel safe, respected and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, communicate with colleagues and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. You will also supervise medication management, audits and medication administration.

You are a dynamic individual with expertise in person‑centred care planning and dementia care. You have experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care, display positive energy, build strong relationships and possess outstanding organisational skills. An NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
