Evening​/Weekend Carer

Our Care Givers are recruited and trained with a genuine passion for helping people in our local community.

We are seeking dedicated Carers to join our team in Mid Sussex covering evenings and weekends. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing compassionate and personalised care in their homes. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering quality, unhurried care that prioritises positive outcomes.

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care and medication administration as well as companionship.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Uphold the values and mission of Right at Home Mid Sussex.

• No experience necessary as full training will be provided
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence and use of a car for work is essential

• Minimum call time of 45 minutes and 90% calls are longer, giving carers time to build relationships with clients and great opportunities to earn well.
• Our territory is limited to Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and surrounding villages so you will never need to drive too far between calls

Hourly rate from £15.75 - 17.00 with uplift for bank holidays, etc
