Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Night Team Leader at Hawthorn House to supervise nightly shifts, support residents with severe learning disabilities, and coordinate transport to activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, compassionate care within the home environment.
Requirements include a passion for care, teamwork, strong communication, and an willingness to pursue Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care. A UK driver’s license and DBS checks are part of the role.
