Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd. is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader for Greenhill in Crickhowell. The role supports a care team to deliver person-centered care for older people, including those living with dementia, in a purpose-built residential and nursing setting.
Bank hours are zero hours with shifts as/when needed. You will lead on shift, supervise staff, assist with medication administration, and ensure accurate care plans.
