Physiotherapist | Gym Position

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial physiotherapy assessments and diagnoses
• Designing individualised strength and rehab programs
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans
• Completing periodic reassessments and outcome tracking
• Working collaboratively with exercise physiologists and exercise scientists

This role focuses on guiding patients through structured rehab journeys
, rather than back-to-back hands-on treatment.

• Structured, well-supported clinical environment

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong interest in exercise-based rehab and strength training
• Comfortable working in a gym-style clinical setting
• Confident communicator with a patient-centred approach

• Enjoy movement-based rehabilitation over manual therapy
• Like structured systems and clear treatment pathways
• Are interested in chronic pain management and long-term rehab
• Prefer a collaborative, team-based environment
