Night Concierge Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a women's homeless service based in North West London
.

Location: North West London
Job Type: Temporary | Night Shifts
Start: ASAP

• Providing person-centred support to service users during night shifts.
• Supporting clients to develop independent living skills and sustain their tenancies.
• Completing support plans, risk assessments, incident reports, and case notes.
• Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their wellbeing.
• Managing challenging behaviour and responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
• Liaising with external agencies and support services where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

• Previous experience within supported housing, homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, or social care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.

Please note: As this is a women-only service
, our client is looking to recruit female Night Support Workers for this particular role.
