Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Acute Stroke Service. The role involves advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic decision-making, and management of patients with suspected or confirmed acute stroke and TIA.
You will work within HASU and stroke wards, contribute to service development, and participate in a weekend rota as the service expands.
