Swindon are recruiting experienced Waking Night Care Assistants, with extensive experience working with individuals with Dementia and complex needs, to support our client and their team with their staffing needs.

Previous Dementia Awareness training would be highly desirable for this role!

You will support each individual to maintain as much independence as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.

Duties may include:

• Personal Care.
• Support with eating and drinking.
• Manual handling.
• Record Keeping.
• Providing practical emotional and physical support.
• Support to access the community.
• General cleaning/housekeeping duties.

We offer:

• Weekly pay from 17.51 per hour, shift dependant.
• Free uniform.
• Online competency refresher training.
