Hours: 29.75 hours per week

Shift Times: 10:30 - 19:00

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Maes-y-Dderwen.

Maes-y-Dderwen is a 24‑bed facility located in Tredegar, Gwent. The aim of the facility is to meet the individual needs of every resident. To achieve this we use a person‑centred approach to care where the focus is on the strengths of the service users rather than pathology.

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
