NHS Highland in Melvich is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team in North & West Sutherland. The role involves assessment, care planning, implementation and review for individuals with mental health needs in rural Highland communities.
You will act as a Care Co-ordinator where appropriate and work autonomously in patients' homes and in community settings, contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
