HCRG Care Group in Swindon is seeking a Community Dietitian to deliver high-quality, patient-centred nutritional care across community settings. You’ll assess, treat and review patients, using evidence-based plans while collaborating with GPs and care teams.
You will manage a varied caseload, interpret biochemical data and dietary intake, and provide practical dietary advice to support independent living and better health outcomes in Wiltshire and Swindon.
