Hightown Housing Association is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Old Barn in Buckingham. This care home supports four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, and you will provide person-centred support to help residents feel respected and empowered.
You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and contribute to care plans and safety assessments. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a varied rota and occasional sleep-ins.
