Oakdown House is seeking a dedicated night care assistant to provide wakeful night duty cover in the Home, staying awake from 9:30pm to 7:30am on scheduled nights and assisting residents as needed.
You will perform hourly checks, support residents with bedtime routines, respond to emergencies, record reports, and help with laundry, cooking, and cleaning as time allows, always following Health & Safety and company policies. Your role requires discretion, compassion, and reliability.
